Cancel anytime in Stripe — your plan stays active until the current period ends, then drops to Free. We don't offer mid-cycle refunds or direct downgrades (e.g. Pro → Starter, or yearly → monthly): cancel, wait out the period, then resubscribe at the lower target. Bonus (pack) Sparks always survive.
Monthly → yearly is allowed anytime — Stripe handles the proration. Yearly → monthly is not, because you already locked in the discounted yearly rate; let the yearly period finish first, then resubscribe monthly.
